Consultation with PowerPoint $150
We will start with a quick conversation about your goals and expectations. Then I will walk through your home alone to see it with a buyer's eye. I will make notes and take pictures. We will finish the consultation by answering any questions we have for each other. Then I will put together a PowerPoint Presentation for you with my suggestions and costs. If you chose to move forward with my help in the actual staging process, we will then draw up a customized contract based on your choices from the PowerPoint Presentation.
